I had intended to wait until my therapy was finished to write my review, but now seems as good a time as any.

For some background, I have undergone therapy in the past and was never a huge fan. In my experience, many suggested methods didn’t seem to help. However, my experience with Ozark PT Specialists has been completely different.

From the moment I walked through the door, I was treated as if they had known me forever. This warm reception extended from the front office staff to the therapists and techs in the back. Crystal has been my primary physical therapist for most of my journey. Each session, she not only listened to my concerns but also took the time to explain things whenever I had questions. When I mentioned what felt effective and what did not, my therapy was adjusted to better suit my needs. I never felt like I was just going through the motions—each visit gave me a sense of accomplishment because the team genuinely motivates you to succeed.

I can’t thank them enough for helping me on this journey back to what normal can be after my surgery.

I regained strength & mobility in my shoulder!

I had injured my shoulder at work, I was in constant pain, couldn’t do my daily activities and couldn’t sleep.   I am so pleased with my progress at Ozark PT Specialists.  My pain has gone from a 10 down to a 1, I can do everyday things and sleep without pain.  I feel stronger and can use my arm again normally.   I’ve been to a couple other PT places, but Ozark PT is a step above everybody else.  They encouraged me to keep going and were always my biggest cheerleader!   Therapy with the right team works, it may take a while, but it works!

I feel 100% better.  Their personal touch made me look forward to therapy and made me work harder.  They catered to my needs, not like a protocol or task to complete but to me, as an individual.  I would highly recommend Ozark PT Specialists to anyone that needs physical therapy!  They are the best in town!!!

I was having so much trouble with pain that I couldn’t even sleep. Ozark PT Specialists taught me to make a lifestyle change, and keep it up, so I can live my life without pain. The staff is so professional and friendly!  I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else!

My Therapists here took great care of me, they are all amazing here! I feel 100% better, went from 8 out of 10 pain to now having none, from thinking I was going to have to have surgery, to feeling like a million bucks!! If you have back pain, you need to come check them out, you’ll be glad you did!!

I am stronger & able to do everyday tasks!

I had to face life living with only one hand. Rhonda and Crystal have tons of experience working with upper extremities, and they care about their patients both physically and mentally, which is so important especially after a traumatic accident. They came up with exercises customized to help me be ready for my prosthesis, and to help me relearn how to do everyday things like tying my shoes, cooking, buttoning my pants and even changing a diaper! Thank you, Ozark PT Specialists, for helping me in my darkest times, and reminding me of how strong I am!!!

I was really impressed with Paul’s knowledge and attention to detail. I never felt rushed during my initial evaluation. He was thorough and took his time reviewing my situation. Once he determined what he felt the issue was he made sure to thoroughly explain what he thought the problem was, what could be done to fix it, and what my options were. He never tried to scam me for unnecessary appointments. You can tell he really takes pride in his work and helping people. The ladies at the front desk were very pleasant and understanding in trying to help me. I can not recommend this place enough.

Even with it being an hour of travel for me recommend them for sure! They have a great facility, and it is ran by very friendly and caring people from the front door to the therapist..

This series of treatments is my fourth with Ozark PT, and I would recommend them to everyone! In every case, they’ve done thorough diagnostics, and explained what parts of my ancient body need work, and why, to alleviate the (today) problem. The staff are excellent therapists, friendly and helpful, but demanding that I do my part. And it works…
